You really need 50% sleep and 50% meditation. Practice meditation when you feel ready for normal sleep. If we

put more sleep (deficit of attention) than meditation,(Hyperattention) we will fall into unconsciousness.If we put

more meditation than sleep, we will ruin the mind and brain. However, if we know how to harmoniously combine

sleep and meditation, we will achieve what is called SHAMADI, ECSTASY.

RELAXATION SENSING THE PULSES

  • Direct your attention to the right ear


  • Sense the wave of the pulse in that area, feel how blood vessels expand and contract in the right ear. Sense how that region relaxes with the pulsation of the heart. Keep the awareness of this for a moment.


  • Do the same for the right arm, right leg, left leg, left arm, left ear, between the eyebrows and then at the heart

  • Finally feel the totality of your body pulsating, expanding and contracting with every pulse, keep this awareness for a moment.


  • All practices are intended to be done and guided by ones own self. Guided Practices by another person or the use of audios and videos are ok only while you learn how to do the practice, or when the practice is done in group, but we encourage our students to be independant when they are alone. We need to become the resource itself.

RELAXATION CONSCIOUS BREATHING COUNTING 1 AND 2


  • Direct your attention to your nostrils.


  • Say “ONE” verbally or mentally as you inhale.


  • Hold your breath for a few seconds, the longer the better.


  • As you exhale say “TWO” verbally or mentally.


  • During the exhalation, release all tension in your body.


  • Repeat this whole process as long as you desire.

RELAXATION MANTRA HAM SAH

  • Ham Sah is a mantra for Transmutation of your sexual energy but it is also used for relaxation.


  • During a slow and long inhalation mentally say “HAM” and simultaneausly visualize your sexual energy as a shinning sun moving from your testicles or ovaries to the coxis, ascending through your spinal column all the way up to your head.


  • While your hold your breath continue visualizing and feeling the energy ascending throgh the spinal cord and being deposited into your brain in a form of bright light. The longer you hold the breath the better.


  • During a fast and short exhalation by the mouth verbally say “SAH” and visualize the energy deposited in the head being transferred and deposited in the heart. See the heart illuminated with that light.


  • Hold the Breath before the next inhalation and feel the pulse in your heart three times and repeat the cycle again.
